You think you got it bad, how about paying $200 million for a bunch of bums who do not perform. Sure, they make it to the playoffs every year, but with a salary like this, anything less than a World Series title is very disappointing. And now this team is getting desperate. If it moves, can throw a ball and/or swing a bat, the Yanks will shell out way too much money for you. This team can really need some debt elimination help. Fortunately, they are able to fool all those New Yorkers into spending their money on this team of frauds, drug users and liars - kind of like the way Hillary Clinton fooled these same New Yorkers.

So now you have a team that was so desperate during the off-season that they spend all of their money on unproven pitchers and a 41-year-old has been who is holding on to his career by pitching a couple of good games and then taking a month off. This team is just crying for debt elimination help. Georgie himself is purging money faster than you are. With a good debt elimination program, the Yanks can come back to reality and start making money again. I would not suggest using Billy Beane's debt elimination program, but the Twins might be able to make a few suggestions.

You know who doesn't need debt elimination help? Carl Pavano, Gary Sheffield, Alex Rodriguez, Jared Wright and Randy Johnson just to name a few. These guys have tricked the Yankees into spending so much money on them that they will never need debt elimination help. I didn't even mention Jason Giambi. The Yankees wanted Giambi so badly that they erased a steroid clause from his contract years ago when they knew he was on steroids. They just did not care. Now they are stuck paying him about $60 million more even though he is off the roids and has become all flabby.

Good work New York. But don't worry, there are plenty of debt elimination programs out there. Even the Yankees can use debt elimination to help them win another title.
