Credit Card Problems Can Cripple Even The Most Solid Corporation
The evil empire and its credit card addiction
YES Debt Consolidation is committed to wise financial management. And winning at all cost, even at the expense of common decency and business ethics. You would think, having said that, that credit card issues are the least of our worries. Well you would be dead wrong. Our owner, an aging lunatic known primarily as "The Boss" is so obsessed with being the best-marketed, most revered debt relief site on the web that he whips out the credit card all the time. It's pretty much compulsive.
You can learn a lot about credit card debt management from our site, but you wouldn't think it would be learning from our mistakes. You see, we are way over budget. The Boss pays for so much more than we need. Whether it's technology software, design material or even personnel, he just buys and buys some more with his shiny plastic credit card. It's an addiction, the same as the rampant alcohol abuse that plagues some of our staff members.
The only question remains how we will rise above this challenge and continue to lead the debt consolidation revolution. Read on to see what we are doing to undermine The Boss' credit card abuse and reform our organization.
The end of credit card problems
At our weekly board meeting, the solution wasn't that complex. Simply put, we decided to steal the old man's credit card. That way he would actually have to consult the executives before signing a new credit counselor or undergoing a multi-thousand dollar office renovation project. So far it's worked well. Reason number one for that being The Boss' ego. He is too arrogant and consumed with his own pride to admit that he can't find his credit card. It's kind of amusing to watch, in a sick, disturbing way.
The wheels are turning in his head but he won't say boo. So he just acts like he turned over a new leaf - his proclaimed reason for consulting his staff more frequently regarding big decisions. Hey, whatever works. When you're dealing with a psycho and an egomaniac, you just have to worry about the results. The end justifies the means, especially when you are talking about stopping a 20-year pattern of credit card abuse.
